How much is my shipment worth?
At Namna we give you shipping for purchases over $ 250,000 COP nationwide. The shipping price varies depending on the city you are in, to the city of Medellín it has a value of $ 10,000 COP and to other cities $ 15,000 COP, our system on the website performs the automatic calculation and adds it to your final invoice.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Purchase orders are scheduled Monday through Friday. The delivery time may vary depending on the final destination, for main cities they range from one (1) to two (2) business days if the garment is available for immediate delivery, if it is on request you should bear in mind that it may take up to ten ( 10 working days. For the rest of the country it may take up to seven (7) business days.
We do not have immediate delivery or express courier service, if you need your order to arrive in less time, contact us to coordinate personally.

Do they make international shipments?
Our international shipments are handled by DHL and FedEx. They have a fixed value of $ 30.00 US and may be subject to change depending on the place and tariffs of each country. In this case the buyer must be responsible for the extra charges.

How can I track my order?
After completing the dispatch of your order, you will receive an email with the corresponding guide number and name of the company through which the shipment was made. To verify the status of your office you must enter the company page and track the guide.

What information do I need for my shipments?
The personal data provided for shipping must be complete, without typing errors. (Full name, contact telephone, delivery address and house or interior number). Errors in this data can affect logistics and delay delivery time. Namna is not responsible in these cases.

RETURNS

What is our return policy?
The consumer must return the product to n a m n a by the same means and in the same conditions in which he received it. To make the change, the garment must have the label and its original packaging, in addition to its corresponding invoice, the promotional garments have no change, without exceptions. The transport costs and the others that the return of the good entails will be covered by the consumer. The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (10) business days from the delivery of the good or the conclusion of the contract in the event of the provision of services.
Until the garment is received at our dispatch center, no new dispatches of parts are made.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns, when the claim does not have to do with the quality or suitability of a specific product.

● For refunds, 100% of the value of the garment is returned, except for shipping costs, these must be borne by the customer.

How do I make changes by size or color?
These changes cannot be made through our website, for these requirements you must write to our email or to our cell phone via whatsapp +13108674597 to confirm the availability of the product -and waiting time- for which you want to change your order.

When does my exchange or return arrive?
The moment we receive the garment in our dispatch center, we need 3 to 5 business days to make the change, remember that if you make your change by size and want to make a personalized order, the delivery time varies between 15 to 20 days skillful.

What products have no change?
Discounted products have no change.


The monetary refund will be made by the same means of payment in which the purchase was made after receiving the returned piece at our dispatch center. n a m n a must return in money to the consumer all the sums paid without proceeding to make discounts or withholdings for any concept. In any case, the return of the money to the consumer may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the moment the right was exercised.
